Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Returns is a scheme provided by Lifeleads Enterprises directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the Lifeleads Enterprises to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

There are two sections of return policy provided by the Lifeleads Enterprises; Do read all sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.

Part 2 – Investigation terms of Return Request

1. Product should be in unused condition in any manners with respactive to product.
2. Product should not be in damaged condition, no scratches, dents, tears or hole.
3. Product must be complete with all its parts (including all accessories).
4. Original Packing must be undamaged and complete.
5. Product must be the same according to your order details.
5. if any of the conditions is not matched, Lifeleads Executive can refuse to collect and accept the return.
6. Refund will be issued once the product is collected by the Lifeleads Executive.
